UPFRONT SERVICE FEE
The fee covers the search, not a guaranteed match.
The standard fee is R750 for a sourcing request or R1,500 for a sourcing project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. It covers our time, research, supplier contact, comparisons and recommendations. It is payable before work begins and becomes non-refundable once work starts.
VITAL TERM
The sourcing fee remains fully payable if TruePath cannot find a suitable match, if available options do not meet the brief, or if you decide not to accept or purchase any option we present. The fee pays for the sourcing work completed, not for a successful product purchase.
It is not a product deposit. Any later credit against a product order is discretionary and must be confirmed by TruePath in writing.
