THE PEOPLE BEHIND TRUEPATH
If you had asked us a few years ago whether we would build a procurement and business solutions company together, we probably would have laughed. Life took us somewhere unexpected, and TruePath grew from one simple question: if we were the client, what kind of supplier would we want?
Our answer was a business that looks after people at every step. From the suppliers we work with, to the team representing TruePath, to the client trusting us with an order, clear communication, respect and care should travel through the entire relationship.

Rachel gets genuinely excited about systems, spreadsheets, workflows and finding better ways to do things. She believes that when the little things are handled properly, the big things naturally fall into place.

Zak is the person who can walk into a room and make people feel comfortable within minutes. He loves solving problems, building trust and finding solutions that genuinely help.

We had seen what poor service does inside a business. When suppliers communicate badly or treat people as though they do not matter, that pressure is passed to staff and eventually reaches the client.
We wanted TruePath to break that chain. We aim to work respectfully with our suppliers, support our people properly and give every client clear communication, honest help and a business relationship that feels human.
We are still in the early chapters. We are learning, celebrating the wins and constantly asking how we can serve people better. This is just the beginning.
